Fun New York City Factoid!
Did you know that on both ends of the Brooklyn Bridge there are streets named Front Street and Pearl Street that run underneath the bridge itself? I sure didn't!
This weekend I had friends come up from Virginia to visit (something possesed them to decide it was a good weekend to go to NYC and flee the VA/MD/DC area). I went to meet-up with them after work. They were at a bar under the bridge at Front and Pearl St, but they had no idea they were in Brooklyn. In the icy, dense downpour I tried my damnedest to locate them... yadda yadda, you get the picture.
