2002-11-14 - 1:02 p.m.
You know on the television show ER how it's a staple of every episode that the doctors and staff inevitably end up operating on one another? You know, "Oh my God, it's one of ours! Dr. blab-bla is down!" or "My God! The corpulent registration guy's finally been mortally wounded! Drag him to Critical, stat!"
Well, it's kinda been like that at work lately. People have been dropping like flies. And thusly, it's opened up lots of opportunity for me to work overtime. Double shifts from hell. I arrive at 4 PM and exit at 6 AM the next morning. I'm troubled by how adjusted to this I've become. And last night on the news they kept reporting over and over how the government has learned of new terrorist threats of Anthrax attacks in US hospitals. But don't worry, the news people said, the attacks were only for San Francisco, DC, and Balb-bla.
So, in response to having all this extra think-time at work I've created this short list of random titles. I was hoping to post a longer list, but screw it, this is all I've come up with:
